1. ENVELOPE:
a. SIZE: APPROXIMATELY 75M*20M*10M
The envelope to be a dual fabric membrane system with the thermal liner integrated into the outer membrane at the seams, with the outer membrane to be PVDF coating(one of the best coating in the world), Hiraoka 350T(or equal), 1200 g/m2 (more than 32 oz/yd²), white opaque, with an PVDF coating. This special exterior finish will help keep the fabric clean and extend the life expectancy. The liner fabric to be 500 g/m2 (14 oz/yd²) to provide insulating properties and highly reflective surface for the lighting. The base perimeter liner to be light green up to 3m (10’) high to provide a background, a color sample will be submitted from a standard selection for approval.
INNER LINER CONSTRUCTION: Unique system of attaching liner to the outer fabric assuring 100% insulating surface thus eliminating condensation at seams. All structural seams will be high frequency (HF) welded to provide strength equal to the material itself. All areas subject to high stress will be reinforced with a second ply of fabric.
b. SECTIONALIZING: The membrane will be fabricated into Two (2) sections or more for ease of handling during installation.
2. STEEL CABLE STRESS CONTROL BIAS HARNESS SYSTEM: This unique system will relieve the stress from the membrane for proper wind resistance, longer membrane life and maximum safety. The system will consist of individual 10mm diameter, special aircraft cable, coated with UV resistant PVC coating to minimize friction with fabric. The individual cables will be anchored to clip angles. The harness system will consist of individual cables that are light and easy to install, most efficient, and most technologically advanced. The system will be designed for 90 MPH Wind Load and 35 lb snow load
The membrane will be manufactured with a rope bead edge to accommodate continuous steel angle clamp-down system. The anchors will be supplied and installed by concrete contractors. The angle steel anchor system and all hardware to be galvanized.
4. DOORS AND OPENINGS:
a. One (1) revolving door, three-leaf aluminum construction.
b. Two (2) single-width emergency exit doors with emergency lighting.
5. INFLATION SYSTEM WITH HEATER: A self-contained system will be provided, consisting of One (1) primary blowers and one (1) secondary blowers, as well as a combustion engine back-up in the case of power failure. The system will be equipped with automatic controls to activate the secondary blowers or the combustion engine in the case of pressure drop or power failure of the primary blowers. PLC control system: Provides a visual gauge and indicator lights to monitor operation of each blower and to show the level of operating pressure for the air structure building system. Natural gas heater included.
6. AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM: The system is of state-of-the-art technology, specifically designed for our air supported structure. Our new design introduces oversized discharge and return plenums resulting in very quiet and low velocity air stream. A 20 -Ton capacity A/C unit with a DX-coil to be incorporated into the discharge plenum of each Mechanic unit and the condensing section to be separate located next to the fan unit.
7. LIGHTING SYSTEM: Consisting of Fifteen (15) 1000 Watt, Induction lighting fixtures. Induction lighting system will save 60% of energy cost v. Metal Halide. This system is specifically designed for use in our air supported structure and to be hung 2.5m (8’) from the ceiling for maximum efficiency. No poles will be obstructing the play area, and lighting will be evenly distributed without "hot spots".
